Yoga Teacher, Health Coach and Personal Trainer

Living in Mexico City, helping clients increase their daily energy, reduce stress, and improve their overall health.

I use my knowledge of yoga, nutrition and sports to educate my clients on how to achieve their personal challenges.

I was born in Bulgaria, but I have always dreamed of living in Spain. It was in Valencia and Barcelona where I discovered my passion for well-being, embarking on a journey of learning in various disciplines of physical training. Over time, I complemented my education with studies in food and nutrition to become a chef, deepening my understanding of the relationship between food, health, and body balance.

My desire to grow and challenge myself led me to step out of my comfort zone and move north to Sweden with my family. There, I obtained my certification as a Personal Trainer, solidifying my holistic approach to well-being. Later, in Mexico, I continued my yoga training, completing 200 hours in Ashtanga Yoga, 36 hours in Yoga Wheel, and 300 hours in Dharma Yoga.

Today, my life revolves around my greatest passions: healthy cooking, nutrition, sports, mental health, and the balance between body and mind. Traveling, learning, and sharing my knowledge with others are fundamental pillars of my journey. I love animals and have two dogs who are an essential part of my life.

In addition to my love for yoga and nutrition, I am fascinated by handstands, a practice that, for me, represents balance, discipline, and connection with the body. Through my experiences and knowledge, I aim to inspire and guide others toward a healthier and more conscious lifestyle.

Language Skills
I speak English, Spanish, Bulgarian, German, and Swedish, allowing me to connect with people from different cultures and share my knowledge in various parts of the world.
